About this Workshop

Nature continually reminds us of the cycle of shedding, descent, and transformation. When we engage this part of the cycle of life, it becomes a time to embrace the depths, to allow the endings and moments of grief that prepare us for rebirth. In these darker, tender spaces, there is a profound richness if we can open ourselves to remembrance, loss, and the vulnerable aspects of our humanity.

As a Scorpio sun, I feel a particular aliveness during these tender seasons of life, an awakening of qualities that lie dormant at other times. I find myself drawn to journaling, taking long walks, sharing deeper conversations with loved ones, and leaning into quietness and gentleness. Lighting candles, preparing warm, nourishing meals, I make space to honor these cyclical shifts.

Though I sometimes resist these transitions—especially when life feels busy or outwardly sunny—I’ve found that allowing myself to inhabit grief and tenderness connects me more fully to my humanity. By acknowledging loss, I not only deepen my capacity for feeling but also amplify my joy and gratitude for what I have.

"Your joy is your sorrow unmasked... The deeper that sorrow carves into your being, the more joy you can contain." ~ Khalil Gibran

When we give ourselves time to grieve and to honor our human depth and tenderness, we carve space for new experiences and joy to take root. This is part of a great and natural cycle.

In modern Western culture, we’re often encouraged to live in constant productivity and brightness, to see our deeper emotions as unwelcome interruptions. Yet my experience shows there is a deep relief in pausing. In allowing ourselves to go inward, we reconnect with our ancestors and the land that nourishes us.

In this 2-hour workshop, I invite you to explore these themes of grief and tenderness through Celestial Communication, meditation, and shared reflection. We will honor the cycles of life, loss, and renewal together.

Workshop Components

  • Transformational Meditations: Guided by Adarsh, you’ll engage in Celestial Communications, including Akaal (by Ajeet), to honor our ancestors, the land, and the eternal nature of the soul. Together, we will explore grief, remembrance, and the soft strength of human tenderness.

  • Guided Journaling: Through reflective writing exercises, you’ll have the space to express your own grief and tenderness, uncovering what may be longing to die and be reborn within you and in your surroundings.

  • Community Sharing: We will conclude with a circle for wisdom sharing, allowing for connection, witnessing, and the gifts that come from being honored in community.

  • Mantra Sheets: Participants will receive mantra sheets through our online portal to support continued study and practice.
